Part Two: "Why support other women?" 
Discover what it means to unravel stereotypes, interrupt racism, overcome white fragility, and form a sisterhood of women that cannot be broken. 

Keri Caffreys Senior Human Resources professional and  change agent for cultural competency, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.  

Tiffani Penson, Minority Evaluator Program & Supplier Diversity Officer.  Her responsibilities include outreach to Disadvantage, Minority, Women, Emerging Small Businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Business focusing on connecting businesses to contracting opportunities at the City of Portland.
