Unless we recognize our participation in oppressive forces, we'll struggle to dismantle them. In this panel discussion, we'll contemplate how implicit bias and habitual reactions perpetuate women's suffering. Q&A, food, and drink.


Panelist:

Keri Caffreys Senior Human Resources professional and  change agent for cultural competency, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.  

Tiffani Penson, Minority Evaluator Program & Supplier Diversity Officer.  Her responsibilities include outreach to Disadvantage, Minority, Women, Emerging Small Businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Business focusing on connecting businesses to contracting opportunities at the City of Portland.
