This facilitated discussion is slated to take a deeper look at healing from trauma, generational aspects, and on-going practices. Q&A and nutriment.


Cinda Stevens Lonsway, author of "I KNOW NOW - A Woman's Healing: Violence to Victory, Trauma to Truth" the story of her own traumatic and violent experience and how she was able to heal herself and now supports and empowers the healing of others. She is a spiritual counselor and adviser plus inspirational speaker. She strives to live a life filled with attention, intention and joy. Cinda is also the author of "ROAR!" a book to empower women and "TOMMY T and the Pea that Got Away" a children's story. 

Javelin L Hardy, MSW-CSWA, Master Level Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker Associate, author of "Girl Inside Me" and "It Takes a Journey to Heal" Javelin has twenty-six years’ experience working with adults with mental health and substance issues and their families. She is skilled at working with adult justice systems, courts, and the state health and human service system. Her areas of specialty are anxiety, depression, women’s emotional health, family therapy, trauma treatment, and substance abuse/dependence. Javelin Hardy is also certified in various trauma informed methods.
